You can audit up to five documents across our 2-layer packet compliance engine:
Layer 1 (Direct Payment Documents):
1. Current Statutory Lien Waiver (Strictly Required)
2. Subcontractor Invoice (Optional)
3. AIA G702/G703 Pay Application (Optional)
Layer 2 (Protection & Prior Period Documents):
4. Prior Unconditional Waiver (Optional — enforces the Two-Waiver Rule and reconciles AIA G702 Line 7)
5. ACORD 25 Certificate of Insurance (COI) (Optional)
You must include the Current Lien Waiver plus any supporting documents. Each supporting document unlocks additional automated reconciliation layers without locking you into an all-or-nothing requirement.
